Out of Trade Policy

The Board of Directors of Highland Federal Savings and Loan Association hereby directs the management of this institution to accept deposits under the following provisions only:

1. Deposits within our trade-area which includes Cumberland County, Tennessee and all contiguous counties;
2. Deposits from loan customers regardless of location;
3. Deposits from pending loan customers regardless of location.

All other deposits shall be rejected and returned to sender with a notice outlining our policy regarding such deposits.
